This position is accountable for Coptic Orphans’ technology solution design, development, implementation, and maintenance. The position responsibilities include acting as the second level of support for issues and inquiries; keeping track of the systems’ architecture design; ensuring Coptic Orphans’ systems availability, reliability, scalability, and security.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop and implement all needed systems’ automation to ensure that users are able to do their system-related responsibilities with minimum effort and time.
• Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform
• Ensure that the system satisfies the needs of all departments
• Act as second-level support for issues and inquiries performs troubleshooting as required, and lead problem-solving efforts involving internal, and external customers, outside vendors, and other support personnel and/or organizations
• Responsible for implementing needed modifications and design changes requested for the current system’s functionalities
• Test the stability and functionality of the application
• Ensure high availability and acceptable levels of performance of mission-critical systems.
• Proactively engage in continuous improvement efforts for application design, and support, and ensure that the designing best practice is implemented
• Keep track of the system architecture design and ensure design compatibility
• Perform proactive system monitoring to identify any performance and/or data consistency issues

Required Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, information systems management, or related fields
• 1 – 2 years of related professional experience
• Strong experience in complex system design, implementation, and security
• Strong CRM system development and design capabilities with excellent troubleshooting skills, Salesforce CRM experience is a plus
• Strong Database development experience
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented systems and their relational design
• Good experience in Object-Oriented Programming. (Java & Java script programming experience is a plus)
• Good knowledge of Data Analysis and Data Visualization
• Ability to identify and solve problems, and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Ability to gather, analyze and present information and numerical data effectively and a demonstrated, high level of accuracy and thoroughness in all duties
• The ability to coordinate/utilize external vendors to ensure project success and smooth delivery

Travel and Working requirements

• Occasional travel, nationally or internationally, is expected
• Working out of the official hours and on weekends may be required
